Drigo
Renting cars in Dubai, rebuilt from the app to the fleet.
Drigo is a car-rental platform built for Dubai — a consumer app for booking and managing a rental, and the operational backbone that keeps a real fleet moving: pricing, contracts, payments, fines, tolls and debt.
I build it end-to-end: the mobile app in a customer's hand, the API and database behind it, the payment and Salik/fine reconciliation, and the internal admin tooling the team uses every day.

The problem
Car rental in the region runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and paper contracts. Pricing is inconsistent, fines and tolls leak money, and customers get a clunky, trust-poor experience.
Drigo had to fix both sides at once: a booking experience customers actually enjoy, and an operations layer rigorous enough to run a fleet profitably.
What I built
A consumer mobile app for browsing cars, booking, managing an active rental and paying — with the messy real-world details handled: deposits, extensions, extra-km, debt and refunds.
A .NET backend and SQL data model that treats fines, Salik tolls, admin fees and user debt as first-class billable entities, with a reconciliation flow so nothing leaks.
An internal admin panel for the ops team: fleet, rentals, manual fines, screenshots to Firebase, and targeted customer push notifications.
Where it is now
Drigo runs a live fleet in Dubai with paying customers, monthly P&L reporting, and automated fine/toll billing that used to be manual.
It's still 0→N — the interesting work now is scaling operations without scaling headcount.
